Scrum System


A multi-tubular control system of Booster's that proposes 21st-century environmental boilers. 

It is the crystal of a 21st-century boiler that stably supplies as much steam as necessary when necessary, dramatically reduces installation space compared to other conventional boilers, and saves energy, labour, and management costs.

◎ Scrum System Overview

Large-capacity road pain-related boilers not only have low rating efficiency due to their structural characteristics, but also have a lot of energy loss when the load rate fluctuates by time and season compared to the maximum evaporation amount, and shorten the life of peripheral devices.


Accordingly, the scrum boiler can establish the best energy-saving system using the proportional control function by installing an inverter-type boiler with the total capacity in units of the minimum load rate. In addition, it is possible to reduce the installation area, automate work, and freely LAY-OUT due to changes in steam use facilities compared to furnace-related boilers, which has a good effect of reducing area and cost. In addition, with the installation of a small number of boilers, it is possible to continuously supply heat sources even with minor failures.

◎ Purpose of installing the scrum system

The perfusion type scrum has an extremely short boost time of about 5 minutes, so it can maximize operating efficiency and reduce energy by quickly responding to any load volatility and supplying as much steam as necessary at the required time.


In addition, it is possible to contribute to environmental improvement by reducing the amount of combustion exhaust gas and tube wastewater discharged, and to minimize the burden on the person in charge of the machine room by installing an automatic control system by a computer.


Scrum system characteristics 

◎ Stand-by reduce boiler capacity

In case of failure, a stand-by boiler of the same capacity is essential, but if you install multiple tubes with a scrum system, adding one has the advantage of drastically reducing installation costs and installation space because all boilers have spare boiler characteristics.


Eg.) 5 tons x 2 vs. (10 tons) -> 2 tons x 4 (8 tons)

◎ Environmentally friendly with low NOX burner (improved combustion performance)

The recovery period for investment costs is accelerated by replacing 5 tons x 2 tons (10 tons) of furnace-related boilers with 2 tons x 4 tons (8 tons) of scrum boilers and converting 50% of the remaining space in the boiler room into a restaurant to rent.

The convergence of high functionalization of the water pipe (convergence of the honeycomb pipe, pin attachment water pipe), which focuses on durability, and the improvement of combustion performance realized minimization/high efficiency of space.

◎ Purge loss 

Purge loss refers to a loss that emits a high temperature (about 1000°C or higher) in the furnace to the outside whenever the boiler is NO-off to prevent unburnt gas explosion before and after operation of the boiler.

(One purge time is about 30 seconds, and the operating efficiency at this time rapidly decreases.)

◎ Heat dissipation loss/ventilation loss

Heat dissipation loss refers to loss of heat dissipation during boiler shutdown, and tungpung loss refers to loss of heat emitted from boiler furnace by the flow of heat during boiler shutdown.

◎ Excess air combustion loss/loss due to soot attachment

Excess air combustion loss: exhaust gas loss due to excess air combustion due to the repetition of ON-OFF.

Loss due to soot attachment: Loss of heat transfer due to soot attachment of the heat transfer surface due to frequent ON-OFF.
