01_Can be used even under high pressure

• Stainless steel pipes can be employed to hot water and heat up high-rise buildings on the 20th floor.


02_Hot water generation within 5 minutes

• Hot water is generated within 5 minutes through heat exchange by a circulation pump with less water held in the jurisdiction and heated in the main body.

• It is also a groundbreaking product to reduce fuel costs because there is little loss of initial preheating load.


03_Can be used in large quantities

• The height and width of the perfusion boiler have been greatly reduced, so it can be installed and expanded even in a small place. The entrance and outlet of hot water, heating are at the top and the burner is at the front, so you can use it in large quantities with multiple tubes installed.


04_No need for a license or examination, and easy to manipulate

• No license or inspection is required, and anyone can drive.


05_Life is semi-permanent

• There is little replacement of the irrigation water and it maintains in a degassed state, so there is no need to worry about corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen.

• There are hot water, heating, and hot water circulation methods, so they can be used for a very wide range of purposes. In addition, heat exchangers are independent of each other, so water mixing does not occur.

Circuit system according to the purpose of use

Precautions 

1. Please use the maximum pressure of 1 MPa below 100 mH2O. (This is an optional specification when excess pressure is applied.))

2. Please make the height of the expansion pipe higher than that of the circulation pump

3. Low bath is not a pressure vessel.

4. If it is the copper pipe made of hot water pipe, make sure to use an insulated microwave.

5. Please ask for a strainer during the piping line.

6. If it exceeds the maximum flow rate of the circulation pump selection, please install BY-PASS.

7. The remote control device is optional.

2. The above specification was based on the following values.

- Low calorific value of the fuel.

• Natural gas (13A): High/low calorific value 46.05/41.45 MJ/Nm { {11,000/39,900 kcal/Nm}}

• Propane  : 101.74/93.7 MJ/Nm³ {24,300/22,380 kcal/N㎥} 50.37/46.39 MJ/kg {12,030/11,080 kcal/kg}

• Butane  : 128.7/118.9 MJ/Nm³ {30,740/28,400 kcal/N㎥} 49.53/45.76 MJ/kg {11,830/10,930 kcal/kg}

• Boiler kerosene: Low calorific value 43.12 MJ/Nm { {10,300 kcal/kg}

- Gas combustion supply pressure will be supplied to 1.96 to 2.45 MPa (minimum 0.98 MPa) {200 to 250 mmH2O (minimum (minimum 100 mmH2O)}.

- If the gas supply pressure is 0.98 KPa (100 mmH2O), the diameter of the gas supply pipe may be changed.

- Condition for hot water supply: t40.

- Heating design flow conditions: t10

- Rated outputs for hot water and heating are used alone, and in the case of simultaneous use, the total is the tube heat output.

- Make sure that the inlet and outlet pipes of the heat exchanger are not constructed on the boiler.

- An expansion joint shall be installed at the inlet and outlet pipes of the heat exchanger.

- The specification table above can be changed without notice due to performance development, etc.

3. Boiler efficiency is based on low heat generation and the value at the right time.

4. As an inevitable measurement error, it contains the allowable values below.

- Boiler efficiency measurement error ±1%, combustion amount (heat input) measurement error ±1.5%.
